Just no Reply from Mr Enver Chetty

I sent an email on the 11 April 2013 requesting that my listing with Santam (30 days Late) in December 2012 be removed. This was not my fault as I had called Santum as well as my broker on numerous occasions asking them to please check that they take payment as the debit order for December did not go off on the 1st of January 2013. This being a public Holiday we all know that it is a problem and therefore I always have to double check that payment goes of as I am scared that I might be listed as a mistake from Santam. I have got a letter from Santam from Chana explaining that we were not at fault but that Santam had had an issue with the debit order on that day. I have logged a call as well as email Mr Enver Chetty from Experian but to no avail just no reply from this man. Maybe he is to perfect to fix a small problem like this that is effecting my Credit profile. This is really pathetic and shoddy service from Experian. To top it off Chana from Santam has called on numerous occasions to also explain the story but Experian told her that that I must phone them to sort the problem out. I now get a reply from Experian to say the waiting for feed back from Sanatam. What is going on???
