After 64 days and my claim not Settled as yet. On 12 June 2013 I wrote off my Audi A3 and claim was reported to santam. 22 days after my claim the 1st Santam person phoned me name Hein Claasens, that was never available when i was looking for him. On 7 Aug 2013 i phoned Santam Pretoria and spoke to Robbie Vice and lay-ed a complain to him, after that Swannie Swanepoel phoned and email me that payment will be done asap and claim will be signed off, Well 7 days later the 14th of Aug 2013 Hein emailed me again to ask for another settlement letter (The 3de letter), because the payment was ones again not done!!! Why can't this just be settled because this is on my name by ABSA bank and is becoming a big problem. SANTAM MUST START TO DO THERE PROCESSORS... Disappointment to Santam
