I find it very disturbing that I have a query done by Standard Bank according to my Experian credit report - I called them and they advised that I should contact standard bank about that of which I did and Standard Bank stated categorically that they didn't run any query at all. Its strange as I know very well that I haven't applied for anything with Standard Bank. I took the libery of doing a credit check with Transunion and there's not query listed under Standard Bank.
That for me puts the credibility of Experian in question - 2 institution can confirm that a query was never done at all, so how come theres a query on my credit profile with Experian.
