After purchasing a PS3 from Toys R Us in Parklands for my son in October 2012 - the unit stopped reading disks. I contacted PartServe and after a questionable start to the process I contact the National Customers Services Manager with my issue. Rene went out of her way to resolve the issue and in conjunction with Celeste at the Cape Town branch - I was sorted with a new unit and the situation was resolved in a way that far exceeded my expectation. Thank you to Rene for going the extra mile when she could have taken the standard approach of it not being her problem and thank you Celeste for sorting out the admin on the Cape Town side.
