My wife had asked some lingerie pieces to be put aside for collection. I called last Wednesday to make sure the clothing was ready for collection. The sales staff in the lingerie section could not find the garments. I asked to speak to a manager and was put thru to Celeste. Later that afternoon Celeste called me to say that had sourced
the garments from Tygervalley and Cavendish Sqaure and said they would deliver to my office in Cape Town on Friday. True to her word, the garments were delivered on time. Celeste said there would be no charge as Woolworths offers a supreme customer service and that we would not have to pay for the garments or delivery.
T excellent service is all about. Well done Woolworhs and thank you. This is just one of the many reasons that Woolworths continues to be a financial success showing increased profits and competitors should take Woolworhs service standard as an example why clienys stay with Woolies.
