On MBD response to my previous report.
This is Total Hogwash, as NOBODY phoned me from your department to sort this out and resolve the matter.
I have to do all the phoning and communication.
To date this matter is still NOT RESOLVED, as everything has just been shifted to FNB to sort out and they are not the ones who supplied me with a wrong account number, my account is still not closed and I am still the one sitting in the dark of what is going on.
Don't get out of this the easy way, IT IS NOT RESOLVE AMICABLY...
