My wife received a call this morning from a pompous, ill mannered person demanding that she pay her FNB card. She eventually put the phone down in his ear. She then got an sms. I then called to resolve the issue. What a bad example of someone who is supposed to deal with the public. The consultant had an attitude second to none and obviously has a low self esteem as he seems to think he has been made because he is employed by a legal firm to do collections. Well... he told me he reports to himself and his name is Zuma... is this how issues get resolved?? Please guys, employ people who can actually do the job and not give you a bad reputation. Maybe FNB should take their contract elsewhere??? I wont write here how I responded as it cannot be displayed on a public site. I suggest a person capable of doing collections call me directly to get this resolved.
