These people have been harassing me to pay some debt that was handed over to them. When I called them to request a settlement letter I was told it will be emailed before end of the day on Thursday last week. There was no email. I called again on Tuesday 2nd April and I was given another story that the head office generates settlement letters and it will be emailed to me before 3 pm. 3 pm came and went and I called again on Wednesday the 3rd, another promise was made for 12:00 noon the following day still there was no email. I called today and some Ralph told me it is unfortunate that there is nothing they can do but wait for head office.
How pathetic is that? And who the is going to pay all those interests that are accumulating while these are playing a hide and seek game?
Their head office number is number is just as useless as it is never answered. What kind of a zoo are you running there?
Just give me the settlement so I can pay and get your incompetent out of my life.
