I purchased property in 2012 and I was assisted by SLM attorney's to register the property. I was informed that I will be refunded occupational rent, which I paid to the previous owner in August 2012.
I called SLM offices in Vanderbijlpark several times and I was told the previous owner is refusing to refund occupational rent.
What I want to find out from them is that for how long must I wait for occupational rent to be refunded? On the 28th January 2013, i send e-mail to Maureen and Batie, lodging my complain.none of them bothered to respond. I can see they are not treating the matter serious, and i'm very certain if i was the defaulter by now they would have come up with some means of making me to pay.
