I was given a settlement figure in December I settled the account within the required figure, now I have been calling them to ask when is the remainder balance going to be taken off. now I have been calling them with my own airtime to enquire this when is it going to be done. I have been told of 3 to 4 weeks which has already passed and that Edcon needs to write the balance off. Now how long does it really take, I have been waiting patiently for the matter to be sorted out, cause really when one has been constantly called to pay of their debt debt, but it takes so long for it to be cleared.
