I was handed over to VVM by EDCON. I've received an email from them (VVM) on 20 July 2013 stating that my balance was R1090.00, on 23 July 2013 the balance was R1116.51, on 28 July 2013 I've received an sms stating this balance is now R1145.65!!! on 29 July i paid R1090.00 and on 30 July received written confirmation from EDCON that this matter was now settled and they've updated my profile. today i receive a call and spoken to the supervisor Tapiwa Gapare (3093). The more i try to explain to him that this matter is settled, the more he demands i pay the outstanding balance. According to him the balance received 20 July is null and void and i HAVE to pay. he never once suggested he would take this matter up with EDCON (which was the first thing he was suppose to do). Instead he tried to make me feel stupid. i've asked him for an email address so i can forward through the confirmation letter and he just did not want to hear about this. He is arrogant and rude. as far as i know, you get your instructions from your client EDCON, is this not the first place you go for an answer? i want this matter resolved TODAY! just so you know, i'm not paying another cent!!!
