I requested a settlement figure 2 weeks ago from VVM. They were very quick to get back to me, however, now that i need to get hold of them to get my money back... NOONE can take my call or get back to me!!! Once i made the payment, i sent a copy of the proof of payment to Diksha and requested to have the debit order stopped. After being promised that this had been done, i STILL had an amount of R1500 debited from my account. Your "call centre" is pathetic! no one can assist me at all. I have emailed Diksha and tried to leave numerous messages with your Credit Control department but i NEVER get a response. Hello Peter is HOPEFULLY a platform for me where someone will notice my frustration and get back to me!!!
