I have an virgin active account that i owe and when i went to the branch they gave me the attorney number to call. i did call them wanting to know the amount i owe and they told me that they have giving me a discount and and now i than owe them R1400, so i spoke to the conslutant and told her that i wanted to go back to gym in December (this was in Aug 2013) and i asked her how much had i to pay so that i could go back to gym, and she told me that i had to pay R250 for 5months. ive paid them 2 debit Oders and i now what to settle my account. I spoke to patience and she told me that i owe them R1900 and i told her about my 2 debit orders and she tells me that after those orders i now owe them R1003 which i know of. she then told me that i have a pending debit order that will have to run on the 25th of this month and i advised her that the reason of my call is to settle my account so if i do settle before the 25th the debit order must be cancelled, she then told me that if i pay the R1003 i will them owe them R250 and another R400 which i dont know of. no statement have been sent to me but I'm being told of diff amount. i need a manager to call me asap as another consltnt has beenru
