My Edgars account was handed over to Ramothello & Tsotetsi, who contacted me at the beginning of 2012, and the agreement was that I would pay R500 per month. I did so for 4 months, only to find that the statement showing how much I owed them INCREASED every month, instead of decreasing. I made enquiries, and according to the call centre, they have received no money from me. I have sent e-mails with proof, faxed through proof and still my account was not amended.
I then received an SMS earlier this week, saying that I have been black-listed! So, I sent through an e-mail yesterday, begging that someone sort this out and get back to me and I am still waiting for a response! Funny how easy it is to hound a person for money, but when we do make payments, then Ramothello & Tsotetsi can't even acknowledge this. I wonder how many innocent people this is happening to.
I not only need the correct balance to reflect, but also the interest that has been accumulating since. I have tried to get contact details for a more senior person at the firm, but there are no contact details on the internet. Also, it seems their query resolution e-mail add is not being attended to. I give up!!!
