This Company has not only made a mistake on my account which I used my reference number on for the payment, they also NEVER EVER pick up their phones!!!
I have tried calling them more than 5 times over a span of 2 weeks and they NEVER pick up their phones, ghost town of a call center I guess?
Please this is not acceptable service!
Call me or give me an email address so I can forward the proof of payment so you guys can correct it at your faulty systems.
I am not going to pay double on an account just because your system can't keep track of payments.
Even when you want to leave a message on their telephones it says the voice-mail box is full! also they send from these automated computer numbers when they send sms's, even replying on those for contact details is fruitless.
Please just honestly give me a REAL telephone/Cellphone number to contact you on as well as an email address.
Honestly the worst company I've ever dealt with.
