I have made a payment on my account into the same Standard Bank account number 202745309, MBD MTN Trust Account that I have been making payments into for some time now. My last payment was made on the 4th April 2013, I am receiving telephone calls from the Call Centre as well as emails and SMS's telling me I have not paid this month.
I have emailed the proof of payment in total about 50 times to - [Email Removed] and still I am getting calls. I have now also emailed it to [Email Removed] and I am still getting calls. I have tried to phone them at 011 560 6111 and asked to speak to a senior person and was put through to a voice mail!!!
I had to laugh when I read the following on your website - Skilled and experienced team,
Innovative and dynamic proprietary systems - really is that what you saying about yourself??? So please tell me why is your records then not up to date. And why can I not be helped by someone in my home language Afrikaans when i call the call center???
PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU CAN SOMEONE PLEASE PHONE ME WHO IS IN A SENIOR POSITION AND KNOWS HOW TO DO THEIR JOB, PLEASSSEEE!!!
