I was phone no less than 11 times by operators from DLI about an outstanding account of a Mr (Name witheld). On each occasion I informed them that the number they phone is not the correct person. Eventually, after many threats I stopped receiving phone calls BUT: Just now, I received a proof of payment sms from them on behalf of the person who they were looking for!!
How is it possible for a company to exist with such pathetic administration??
And, phoning their number is a waste of time.
