Suspend services with NO notice

For three years since I have had my two contracts with them, they have been messing up my debit orders. They take double payments and I wait 7 days to get my refund, they forget to take payments, they allocate both pmnts to one account and suspend the other one and insist on my bank statement as proof of payment. Every single month is a battle.

Last month was the same, I had to make an additional payment because they messed up and took too little. I confirmed with accounts that she will correct this end of September. She confirmed she'll make sure it goes through correctly.

NOW this month they once again forget to deduct money, nobody bothers to sms, phone, send email (they have my address), send a voice mail, NOTHING, they just go and suspend my account with no notice.
If other consumers looking to sign cellphone contracts read this - please, take my experience into consideration and reconsider before dealing with them.

When I try and call them from the landline, their phones go onto voicemail saying the person you are trying to contact is not available, leave your message. I have done so 5 times since Friday. No reply either.
