I WANT MY R1738.92 REFUNDED!!

OKAY, so I pay my debit in full (27 November 2013), I then contact call center to inform them of my payment and send proof of payment to email address on the settling letter... but as you know I then still get debited.

I contact call center to refund me, I am told I will get refunded by the 30th November 2013, that day came and went! Now I am frustrated as I have other things to pay and AFRICAN BANK and their employees just doesn't give a @#%* now im forced to raise my voice.

I send numerous emails to 9 PEOPLE and to my amazement NOT ONE PERSON OR DEPARTMENT CONTACTS ME!!

I contact call center (spending over R350 airtime, on calling day in and day out) and to my surprise there is NO MANAGER ON DUTY!!!

PEOPLE PLEASE BE WARNED!!! STAY AWAY FROM AFRICAN BANK!!! ONE WEEK LATER AND NO ONE CAN SAY WHEN I WILL GET "MY MONIES BACK, INCL MY INTEREST".

Now i get the following email - Thank you for your email.

Thank you for referring your concerns via Hello Peter.

We unsuccessfully attempted to contact you telephonic ally on the cell phone number provided.

WHY ARE YOU PEOPLE LYING!!! MY PHONE IS ON AND NO ONE TRIED CALLING ME!!!

JUST GIVE BACK MY MONIES, MY SMS FEES AND INTEREST!
