Received a letter on 8/1/2014 dated 2/1/2014 re account outstanding which I had never received an account for of R328.90 advising I would be blacklisted if I did not pay R576.56. I phoned them on 9/1/2014 and said I would pay the amount the same day. They advised the amount had now increased. I duly paid the amount of R576.56 on 9/1/2014 as per their letter. I received an SMS at 7.15am on 11/9/2014 to arrange for settlement of the outstanding amount of R92.52. I believe that this is a form of legal/illegal harassment and that attorneys adopting this sort of attitude should be taken to task by the governing body and be shut down as I have complied to their request to avoid being blacklisted. I do not have any accounts apart from medical ones which are beyond my control.
