I went into a branch to tell them a settlement date 10/2/2014, and ask for a settlement amount. I received this and it was explained to me i need to pay the exact amount before that date, on 05/2/2014 the amount reflects being credited but the account isnt closed.
I am fed up as I am settling the account due to bad service and now again they wont close my account. When I call the call centre they refer me to the branch as usual, I am not gonna spend the rest of my life in a branch please close my account.
