Had a settlement discount and did settle the account 20 days later recievd a call and asked when am I gonna make my next payment. The person I spoke to was very rude and screemed @ me on the phone then Called I again and she was no longer available to take my calls and resolve this issue.
The next thing I receive an SMS confirming the next payment of R50 on the 31 of Jan 2014. Never aggreed to such an arrangement and this person who handled my account didnt wanna listen.
Called for the 3rd time and Hloni picked up. He was polite, down to earth and had a passion of hlping me resolve this issue. he even called me back to give me feedback that he sent the account to resoslution dept for a settlement letter.
