Hi recently approached the above attorneys to pay up a default that was outstanding, i spke to a lady by the name of londeka zama. she had made a promise that if i settle i would receive my paid up letter the next day, i have emails to prove it, its very urgent i receive this letter but i was told im sending it right now, i later phoned shabnum who said the pmt is not reflecting and takes 2 to 3 days, this is not true as i bank with fnb and they do as well. i transferred money 8.35am the previous morning, i asked politely if they could help me cos i need that letter very urgently. but i have resorted to this cos they not willing to help. and to top it off i approached them to pay this account.
