I called them on the 27/11/2013 and asked them for a settlement amount on my cell c account. I was given an amount of R2658.18, which i informed them i will be settling over a two month period. I was then told to pay R1506.50 in November and R1151.68 in December, which i did, in fact on 26th December i paid R1200, just in case they add any fees, which i was told they wont. This whole week of January i have them calling and hounding that i did not pay them in December. I send them proof of payment and decide to call. Then on the phone i get told yes they see the R1200, but i still owe them R244. FOR WHAT??? i paid them what they claimed i owed them, so where does this come from? all they are doing is trying to get more money out of people. They do not keep to their amounts or their word. I am highly disappointed and sad as this company is giving Cell C a bad name. I have checked and i am not the only person complaining about this. Looks like they are fond of doing this to their customers.
