NOTHING HAPPENED SINCE THE 25TH OF SEPTEMBER.
Since January 2010 I have forwarded all my proof of payments to you. Firstly, you took over my case after I entered debt counseling. It is now 5 years after I entered debt counseling and you still have not allocated my payments! You send my "settlement" figures but you have not taken into account the R1400 I have paid. Neither reversed the interest on my "non payments". I e-mail Anthula ever single month and do not accomplish anything. When will you do the right thing?
