Legal exec deducted R244 from my account on 25 November 2013. I do not know where they got my details as I am no a customer and did not even know that they existed. I have made numerous calls to them, but no refund has been made even though I was promised by Maria that the money would be in my account on 7 December. R Naidoo was supposed to call me by 9:30, but of course I have not heard from him. I find it very scary that they can access my bank account without my permission. Wish I knew what to do.
