Good day, Legal Exec debited an amount of R239 on my account without my permission and i am not even client, Debit went off on the 28 of March and today is the 22nd of April still no refund.when i contacted them i was told that one of the staff made error on the other clients account number that why the debit went off to me, Mr Naidoo informed me that he has authorised the refund, but still today nothing, i have wasted my airtime calling this company and they dont bother returning my calls.
