After my complaint on Hello Peter on 12 December 2013, I received a call from Rommel Naidoo and he promised to refund the money wrongly taken from my account plus bank charges. He confirmed that they had made a mistake and that I was not a customer. He requested me to comment on Hello Peter that the matter had been resolved, but talk is cheap, and as yet no money has been received and more than a week has passed.
