On 9 /10/12 I made arrangements to pay off an overdue account, which I was unaware of for two years. (It was actually Telkoms fault for not cutting the line and mine for not deactivating my caller divert. Either way. I arranged with a genteman the following:
As per our conversation you have agreed to make payments from the 31/10/2013 for the amount of R250.00 p/m until you are able and in a better position to settle this account.

Today I got an sms saying I had defaulted and Mr D told me that suddenly the R250 is not enough, it needs to be a bigger amount. This, after our mutual agreement on 9/10/12. No need to say they will probably list me as a poor payer, which, infact I am not.
I asked to speak to his manager and, as usual, the person was not available. What can I say. So predictable.
His lack of ability to get to the point when explaining something drove me up the wall. He was constantly telling me what I "did wrong" failing to understand that I am well aware of the mistake I made, telling me to " let him explain". He spoke to me like I was an 8 year old, which infuriated me even more.
