I feel really robbed blind by ABSA
I took out a loan of R11 000 in March 2008 and struggled to serve the account due to financial harships. I have been paying the account over the last couple of years (although not as regular as I should).
What dismays me is the fact that despite all those payments I have made. I have an outstanding amount of R32 471.62 on a capital amount of R11 000. Surely this can't be fair, the duplum rule is very clear on this as well.
I want to pay off this account and settle as soon as I can, but R32 471.62 on an R11 000 capital amount is NOT fair by any stretch of the imagination.
PLEASE HELP!!!
