I have requested a settlement letter for my edgars account. I did receive the first letter which expired on the same day on the 12th of March. From the 15th of March I have been requesting another letter which at least gives me 3-4 working days from expiring in order for me to get to my bank to settle this account and from then till now (27/03/13) after speaking to numerous consultants I received nothing. I do get calls and sms's from the collection departments almost every second day and even spoke to their team leaders asking for a letter but instead I get pathetic attitude from the consultants and sms's stating this is effecting my score. What more does one do to get a letter to settle and close an account???
