Payment confirmation to be send to Edcon group

I'm very much disappointed with the service I received from both NBA (norman bisset & Edcon group, I've been requesting for a paid up letter from edcon and they've been telling me that I cant get that letter because their systems shows that I'm still having a balance of R273.09 but when I call NBA they'll telling me that my account its up to date I've being phoning both company's for a week now and still they haven't resolved my issue, I've been going back & forth regarding this matter...
