Paid up lette

I paid up my Jet account 42155899 on the 11-10-2013 in full, and it reflected on the 14-10-2013 on their system,

however they are telling me stories when requesting a paid up letter, if the account is showing paid up whats the delay with sending a confirmation paid up letter.

I need the paid up letter today as i settled my account.

this is unacceptable.
