What do I have to do to get assistance?

You'd swear that for people who deal with debt collecting MBD attorneys would jump at the opportunity of settling an account. For the past 2 weeks I've been trying to get through to someone in the legal department that can assist me with my husband's account. Virgin Active handed over an account that to my husband's knowledge was closed years ago. Long story short, the account has been handed over and i cannot get through to someone who can give me the details of his account, how much he owes, can they give us a settlement figure etc? I've called the call centre a hundred times and even emailed customer service- still no response. Everytime i'm told to contact an alternative number. I've contacted 0115604705 where some1 told me the account was closed;I contacted 0115604735 where i got a different story; 0115604735 where I've been told that customer care cannot give info on accounts that are legally managed;I then called Lucky in customer care who advised 2 come back to him if no 1 assisted-I went back to Lucky still no1 contacted me. I emailed Lydia Machake as I was told-called 0115606163 and 6047-still no luck. Can some1 please just provide me with the details on ID no 8511215181080??
