After numerous attempts to get a competent person to contact me regarding a service I never received from Medihelp I am still battling to sort out this headache! I have applied online for a medical scheme and expected someone to phone me back for a quote etc. Nobody ever made contact, after 2 months I received phone call from Medihelp informing me that I am in arrears with an amount of R2040.00, I have never even received any letter confirming I am a Medihelp member nor did I receive a membership card. Now they handed me over to Mac Robert's Attorneys because they just cant face the fact that they have incompetent staff and claim money for services never rendered.
MEDIHELP AND MAC ROBERT"S ATTORNEY SHOULD REALLY CATCH A WAKE UP!
I WILL GO TO THE LAW SOCIETY IF THIS MATTER STAYS UNRESOLVED
