I am still waiting on Thandalile and Daanetse from VVM to return my call or send me an e-mail after following up on an overpayment Query on my TV License. I have been querying this since last year, as I have an agreement with VVM, where, if they deduct my account for 3 months, my SABC TV licencse would be cleared and up to date. The 3 debit orders went off, and to my surprise another 9 debit orders!!! Now I got another SMS telling me I should make payment arrangements for this year's TV License.
This is not the 1st, second or even 3rd time that I have made this enquiry and I get promised every single time that someone will come back to me, BUT NO ONE EVER DOES!!!
