We are constantly being harassed by Van de Venter for payments, yet we pay as per our agreement by no later than the 1st of every month. We pay the amount that is affordable to us and I have proof that a letter was faxed to the attorney with a monthly payment amount.
Every month without fail a phone call comes through and no matter who answers the phone the confidential matter is discussed. That is extremely unprofessional.
I'm sure the amount of money spent on the phone calls are much more than the money being owed.
Being harassed like this is unprofessional especially if the payments are being made!
Please explain what the problem is so that this Harrasment can stop!!!
