I never receive the feedback i request

I have had some accounts that were handed over to Symmington and in November of 2012 paid them to settle all my outstanding accounts, despite suddenly having another amount of R800 odd rands outstanding out of the blue when i phoned for the settlement amount.
I was ensured that they have checked on my id number and that the credit on the account number i used as my reference will be divided to settle all outstanding accounts.
this has never been done and each month i receive phone calls and sms's saying that i still have an outstanding account, despite everytime explaining what happened and asking that they go and investigate nobody ever phones me back as i ask them to, nor have i ever received my paid in full letter that i was promised.
I want this sorted out immediately as i am getting tre of receiving sms's and phone calls all the time because Symmington and de Kok do not deliver satisfactory service.
