I was handed over by Truworths for an outstanding amount of R4130.00, to date I have paid back R5060.00, I have in my possession my latest credit showing the capital amount of R4130.00. I received a statement from Truworths showing a balance of R7606.00, NRB have also sent me a statement showing a total amount outstanding of R9380.92, there are all sorts of charges that have been calculated on this statement. When I spoke to Colette at NRB yesterday she was very rude and told me that she has no dealings with me and that she deals with my HR department. I have read up on all the illegal garnishee orders and over charging from Attorney's, and I think I have been over charged not to mention abused by NRB Risk as well Truworths.
