CCR called me up saying that they can assist me in removing my administration order for a fee of R350 x 12 months and i was told that it would take up to 3 months its now 12 months later and its not sorted out. I have called them on several occasions regarding the additional bank charges that i have incurred due to their attempts to double and triple debit me and nothing was done about it.i have called them literally over 30 times and the last time i called was the 11/10/2013 and have a mail saying i would get a phone call with the progress they have made on my file and i have not had a call since. I am amazed as to how unprofessionally this matter as resulted in.
