I default payment for couple of months on my fnb silver credit due to car accident that kept me in hospital for a year. When i get back to work i made an arrangement through FNB (GROENEWALD) pay R1000 rands a month until finish R17000 i own FNB, they promise me statement every month, i already pay 9 instalment without any statement, they told me to pay on their account and refused because i do not own them i own FNB they must only monitor the process.when i ask balance they told me that i own R17000 even after so many payments only because i pay directly to FNB and not on their account.please help i realy want to know how much i own because i want to settle it.
