My Telkom account was handed over to VVM although it had been paid. I was billed for charges which were paid in full, on time. I have had constant harrassment by email, sms's and phone calls demanding an ever increasing account. Although the facts and proof of payment have been sent to VVM many times, the harrassment continues and the account has built up from R62.03 to R252.51. My messages and phone calls are ignored, every week I am sent an escalating account. Their attitude is bad and they refuse to correct their records.
