I got an sms from VVM on 08/11/2013, regarding my Nedbank Credit Card saying I have failed to make payment arrangements and my account is going to be handed over to the Sheriff and he will be instructed to serve a summons on my address an they will apply for a Judgement. I am trying to get hold of them since then but nobody can assist me. HOW MUST I MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS OR MAKE A PAYMENT IF I DONT HAVE THERE BANKING DETAILS OR CANT GET HOLD OF THEIR LEGAL DEP??? This was the 1st sms or contact I had from them. The best part of it all is the account is on my old surname witch i have changed at Nedbank, I have been married for 7 years and they cant even get my surname right???
