Handed over Woolworth's account - credit card
Credit card was linked to inhouse a/c - inhouse was handed to another company & pd off. C/card handled by CFS. pmt started late 2004. told them I will stop payment in writing til I get what I need. Never had statement told by Credit regulator I am entitled to this. Charges of interest levied are wrong. Woolworths advised in writing they do not have contract or copy of it. Nor does MBD. Constant harassing - told them to issue summons so I can defend in Court. Payments picked up late -affecting interest. interest & capital amt per their drop screen to me are the same??? phone calls at 8 pm at night. Bombarding phone calls. trace put on, I have not moved since 2004. Woolworths destroyed the hard type card contract-contravention to Credit act. Why have you not issued summons so I can stand before Magistrates - correspondence to & from yourselves will fail you. New way to harass is "ILLEGAL TRACE" which hampered a new job prospect too for me. I inboxed one director on F/book - no response. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. NEXT MOVE IS CARTE BLANCHE. I DO NOT WANT PROMISES - ACTION PLEASE
