A couple of days ago I posted a complaint regarding my account payment not being reflected at RCS and now the company RCS calls me under the pretense that they want to assist but instead she harasses me on the phone and doesn't allow me to tell my side of the story. She has her version from MDB which is not true as I called in for a settlement balance before going in-store to pay. Obviously the way they conduct themselves is questionable as they are rude when they call and harass you! Furthermore, they are dishonest in relying the events. I will definitely be contacting the Law Society regarding this display of unethical behaviour. It looks like RCS has no efficient employees and only ones that ague with clients instead of assisting. Must I take this up with the small claims court and CPA Board? The staff at RCS said if I want to... is that customer service.
