17 years ago husband pass way, married in community of property. Amount owing to Standard Bank. Arrangement made to pay it off and eventually they wrote balance off. I have been harassed by different debt collectors Last few years MBD has harassed me. Phoned Standard Bank! Informed that no money is or was outstanding. I refuse to accept that I pay any money. Emailed MBD a year ago! Still waiting for a response. Was told they were going to investigate t still I receive at least 2 SMS weekly. Today I received SMS asking me to call 011 560 4724 with reference 0278000297391448. 17 years of harassment. I have had ENOUGH! I am widowed and do my utmost to keep a good credit record and do not have any additional money to pay this money they say I owe.
