I was unemployed for a while and as we know, in this country it is difficult to get accounts up to date. JM attorneys is one of the places that harass customers and threaten them to tell them that they will take their house if account is not paid. Funny, I would be proud owning a house. I phoned Nthabiseng this morning and asked if there is a better settlement if I pay the amount in full the following day and was told that the amount is now nearly R2000 more and no discounts are given. Strange!! I was told that they will come back to me straight away but no call as yet. I phoned them at 8:40 already. They are quick to phone and harass but response is another story. I bet they will not even reply to this complaint seeing other users that complained as well with no reply from JM. PATHETIC!!!
