I had the same problem. I paid for out of community on the 27/4/2013. I married in june. My wedming didnt work out and busy with my divorce - they need my prenup contract and the same thing happened. It was never registered at the deeds office so my ex husband to be has half the rights to my assets and his debt is mine! When i dnt have any. R850 for nothing but, dodging and no contract. I am not letting this lie. Im going to cart blanche, reporting them to the law society and much more. They are frauds and ruining peoples lives! DONT USE THEM!
