I need assistance with my settlement balance. I keep contacting the call centre but the phone either rings, my call gets cut off, or I'm told to call back later. Even when phone on a weekend, I'm told nobody can assist me. The only way I can Get help is through Hellopeter. I need to settle this account at the end of January. In November my balance was R390, I then paid R200 leaving me with a balance of R190. I need to know if this is the accurate balance. I look forward to your assistance.
