I used M Pera to buy my first home. I have trouble with deposits, tenants, payment of transfer costs and the like (all on my side) and Nicci Roos was an angel in helping me sort everything out and getting this house.
She truly went the extra mile for me. Though the offer was made in December 2012, the property was only registered in August 2013 but Nicci was super patient with me and very understanding.
